At the moment I’ve been so busy with school, student council, after school study class, walking with dad and homework I keep forgetting about tumblr!! I’m going to sit down tonight and start doing weekly planners again (I did these last year with great success) and I want to really try and keep this blog as a record of my journey, which means I need to take the time to make regular posts.

Things have been going well. We ended up going to see family friends last night and had a BBQ for dinner. I tried to stick more to the salads that were there than the sausage sandwiches. I had 4, which is a big improvement on my normal 10. We spent time in the pool after dinner before heading home. This family friend has known my parents and recently got married. His wife is pregnant which is super exciting.

Dad and I started walking officially on Saturday. We just went around the block which was more than enough!! I thought I was going to die, my chest was so tight!! But we made it…kind of.
